Soffer Longevity Philosophy
Dr. Soffer founded Soffer Longevity to address a growing gap in modern healthcare: the absence of a rigorous, physician-led framework for evaluating longevity and healthspan interventions.
Unlike many longevity clinics driven by trends, Soffer Longevity is built on a graded evidence model (A–F) that systematically reviews emerging diagnostics, therapeutics, supplements, technologies, and lifestyle interventions. Each recommendation is assessed for:
- Scientific validity
- Clinical relevance
- Safety profile
- Strength of evidence
- Applicability to the individual patient
Only things that meet Soffer Longevity’s highest standards are actively recommended, while lower-grade or experimental options are clearly disclosed, contextualized, and personalized, never marketed indiscriminately.
