Soffer Longevity Grading System
How We Evaluate Medical Evidence
At Soffer, we believe in thoughtful, evidence-based longevity care. Not all medical tests or treatments are supported by the same level of scientific research, so we use an internal A–F system to help guide our recommendations. This system helps your care team decide what to offer, when to offer it, and how to discuss it with you.
What the Grades Mean
Grade A
Strong scientific evidence shows clear benefit. These approaches are well-established and commonly used in medical care.
Grade B
Good evidence suggests benefit, though research may still be evolving. These options are often appropriate depending on individual health needs.
Grade C
Evidence is emerging or mixed. Benefits are uncertain or may vary from person to person. These options are discussed carefully so you can decide what feels right for you.
Grade D
Current evidence does not support routine use. These approaches are generally not recommended as part of standard care.
Grade F — Not Offered
Evidence shows potential harm or unacceptable risk. These options are not offered within the Soffer program.
